This policy applies to all services provided by Orgcontent, including content creation, marketing campaigns, and consultancy services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If the agreed deliverables are not provided within the stipulated timeframe due to reasons within our control.
  • Service Mismatch: If the services provided do not align with the agreed terms in the client contract.
  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: Full refunds are available if the client cancels the service before any work has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom content creation that has already been delivered.
  • Strategy or consultation sessions that have been completed.
  • Services delayed or disrupted due to reasons beyond Orgcontent’s control, such as client unresponsiveness or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Refund Process

  • Clients must request a refund by contacting us at [email protected] within 14 days of the issue arising.
  • The refund request should include:
    • The reason for the refund request.
    • Any relevant documentation, such as agreements or correspondence.
  • We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 7 working days.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed or partially delivered, a proportional refund may be offered based on the stage of completion.

6. Payment Method and Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in the client’s account, depending on the payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy
